Spectators: 6938 (Terracing: 5433, Seating: 1455, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. David Gallberg started the match with the kick off. After 3 minutes of play, Nykvarn IF's Krister Beneth made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kalle Bergqvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joseph Sävström hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Kalle Bergqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from George Göransson in the 12th minute of the match. After 12 played minutes Oskarshamn IFK got a freekick which was hit by Joseph Sävström. Hans Öfverman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conny Ek having to interfere. Krister Beneth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Nykvarn IF's Conny Ek got control of the ball when Hans Öfverman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kalle Bergqvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of George Göransson's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. George Göransson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kalle Bergqvist having to interfere. After 41 played minutes Oskarshamn IFK got a freekick which was hit by Greger Walmarsson. George Göransson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kalle Bergqvist having to make a save. Kalle Bergqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from George Göransson in the 45th minute of the match. The Oskarshamn IFK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Nykvarn IF were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when George Göransson made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Nykvarn IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johannes Wester to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 55 minutes, Krister Beneth managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nykvarn IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Krister Beneth was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joseph Sävström hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Kalle Bergqvist made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Krister Beneth sent off a good shot on target. When Krister Beneth came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Nykvarn IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Krister Beneth couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers George Göransson in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kalle Bergqvist saved Oskarshamn IFK from getting behind. In the 70th minute, Andy Johnsson had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Joseph Sävström was shown his second yellow card after 70 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Oskarshamn IFK's Joseph Sävström got a free kick in the 72nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Krister Beneth got free with Kalle Bergqvist in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Krister Beneth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Krister Beneth came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Nykvarn IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Krister Beneth couldn't finish the play. David Gallberg kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Krister Beneth took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kalle Bergqvist. Kalle Bergqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Hugo Brummer took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 90th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Conny Ek. Nykvarn IF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Krister Beneth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Nykvarn IF left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Oskarshamn IFK.
