The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lajksjöberg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Hermansson in the 28th minute of play forced Lajksjöberg's goalkeeper Krister Fredriksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tony Vallin kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. With a little luck, Tollered IF's Vincent Hydén got control of the ball when Reine Nykvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. Reine Nykvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Vincent Hydén tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Sven-Ove Billvall took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Vincent Hydén to make any attempt to save it. In the 42ndth minute of the game Sven-Ove Billvall who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tollered IF's Vincent Hydén was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Lajksjöberg's goal looked a bit too open when Conny Berggren came free, but Krister Fredriksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

53 minutes into the game, Sven-Ove Billvall cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Vincent Hydén was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 59th minute, Helge Näfver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vincent Hydén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reine Nykvist in the 65th minute of the match. Reine Nykvist kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Lajksjöberg's Reine Nykvist got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 77 played minutes Lajksjöberg got a freekick which was hit by Aleksander Kilstedt. Vincent Hydén took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reine Nykvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the match, Lajksjöberg's goal looked a bit too open when Conny Berggren came free, but Krister Fredriksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 93 played minutes Tollered IF got a freekick which was hit by Holger Haraldsson. After 95 minutes, Reine Nykvist made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. Tollered IF's Vincent Hydén tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the Tollered IF players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Lajksjöberg.
