Spectators: 7323 (Terracing: 5494, Seating: 1684, VIP seats: 145) Hillerstorp's Joachim Lustig started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Deje RK's Lucas Modig got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Ulf Pettersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Håkan Löv made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wictor Forsberg in the 9th minute of play. After some careless play in the Hillerstorp defense, Wictor Forsberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Håkan Löv. The Hillerstorp fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Håkan Löv should have stopped the shot. After 14 played minutes, Deje RK's Olle Hedberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Håkan Löv came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Deje RK reached it. Joachim Smed recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Håkan Löv showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Modig, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Roy Morat scored 1-2 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Charlie Ekblom, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Joachim Lustig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charlie Ekblom having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, Hillerstorp's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Modig came free, but Håkan Löv reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 34 played minutes Deje RK got a freekick which was hit by Wictor Forsberg. Hillerstorp's Håkan Löv played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulf Pettersson in the 39th minute of play. 40 minutes into the game, Lucas Modig cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Håkan Löv was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 45 minutes, Roy Morat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hillerstorp's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roy Morat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Joachim Smed in the 52nd minute of play forced Hillerstorp's goalkeeper Håkan Löv to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucas Modig received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Håkan Löv came out and tried to block the shot, but Lucas Modig slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 53rd minute. Ulf Pettersson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Håkan Löv firmly grabbed it by the left post. Hillerstorp's Håkan Löv played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joachim Smed in the 60th minute of play. Håkan Löv came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Deje RK's Ulf Pettersson. But to his dismay, Ulf Pettersson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. A collision led to Hillerstorp getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Roy Morat hit a great ball. Håkan Löv made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ulf Pettersson in the 69th minute. Lucas Modig's late challenge caught a Hillerstorp's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucas Modig helped the player get up and apologised. Lucas Modig hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Deje RK's Charlie Ekblom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joachim Lustig in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute Ludvig Walroth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Håkan Löv saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th minute, Ludvig Walroth reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Håkan Löv. The goal made the score 1-6. Håkan Löv showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joachim Smed in the 79th minute of the match. After 80 minutes of play, Deje RK's Ulf Pettersson made it 1-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Håkan Löv was left in no man's land by his defense there! Charlie Ekblom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joachim Lustig in the 84th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Joachim Lustig's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Charlie Ekblom was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Joachim Lustig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charlie Ekblom having to interfere. The supporters of Hillerstorp booed when Deje RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Modig didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Deje RK's Joachim Smed in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hillerstorp's goalie prevented a goal. Håkan Löv took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Modig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Hillerstorp's Joachim Lustig in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Deje RK's goalie prevented a goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Deje RK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
