Stockholm Eagles's supporters rose to their feet, but Sven-Erik Knutsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stockholm Eagles's Sven-Erik Knutsson got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Christian Säv to strike the kick off in the second half. Christian Säv struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Verner Larsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stockholm Eagles. Verner Larsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Säv, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Sven-Erik Knutsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Verner Larsson made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Sven-Erik Knutsson sent off a good shot on target. After 65 minutes of play kristianstad ff's Wictor Andreasson was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 66 played minutes kristianstad ff got a freekick which was hit by Wictor Andreasson.
