Börge Martinsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hjalmar Ekman having to make a save. In the 41st minute, Albert Brandin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Väring fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The The Jack of Clubs players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Brandin in the 75th minute of play forced The Jack of Clubs's goalkeeper Hjalmar Ekman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hjalmar Ekman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Brandin in the 91st minute of the match. Väring were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
