Joakim Norström hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Tribulations IF's zone, Calle Stockton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Örjan Pilgren came out of the goal and Calle Stockton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Örjan Pilgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torsten Myhr in the 8th minute of play. If Calle Stockton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 11th minute, Calle Stockton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Tribulations IF's Joakim Norström got a free kick in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Tribulations IF's goal looked a bit too open when Isak Rönn came free, but Örjan Pilgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karl-Åke Lindström charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karl-Åke Lindström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Tribulations IF getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Karl-Åke Lindström hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the match, Gimo's Calle Stockton sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Örjan Pilgren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 19thth minute of the game Calle Stockton who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tribulations IF's Örjan Pilgren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Gimo's Fritz Willig got a free kick in the 27th minute. A collision led to Tribulations IF getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Walter Ståhlberg hit a great ball. In the 30th minute, Walter Ståhlberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 32 minutes of play, Gimo's Calle Stockton made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Örjan Pilgren was left in no man's land by his defense there! 35 minutes into the match, Tribulations IF's goal looked a bit too open when Calle Stockton came free, but Örjan Pilgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Isak Rönn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Calle Stockton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Örjan Pilgren having to interfere. After some careless play in the Tribulations IF defense, Ture Nordin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Örjan Pilgren. The Tribulations IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Örjan Pilgren should have stopped the shot. Torsten Myhr sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Calle Stockton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Torsten Myhr scored 0-4 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Örjan Pilgren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The wind increased when Calle Stockton made the kick off in the second half. Maximilian Hansson hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. When Calle Stockton fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gimo's protests and gave Calle Stockton a yellow card for diving instead. After 53 played minutes Gimo got a freekick which was hit by Calle Stockton. The supporters of Gimo booed when Tribulations IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walter Ståhlberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Calle Stockton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gimo's supporters rose to their feet, but Calle Stockton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Örjan Pilgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Calle Stockton who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Örjan Pilgren when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Isak Rönn came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Gimo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isak Rönn couldn't finish the play. If Calle Stockton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Örjan Pilgren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Calle Stockton in the 70th minute. Torsten Myhr received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Örjan Pilgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Örjan Pilgren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Calle Stockton went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. When Calle Stockton came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Gimo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Calle Stockton couldn't finish the play. Isak Rönn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Örjan Pilgren having to interfere. Gimo's Calle Stockton was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 84th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. If Calle Stockton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Calle Stockton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Calle Stockton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Örjan Pilgren made a huge save. Nils-Emil Björklund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Örjan Pilgren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. 94 minutes into the game, Calle Stockton lined in a short shot 0-7 behind a frustrated Örjan Pilgren. Gimo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
