After recieving a nice pass, R.S Avanti's Torbjörn Lundkvist tried to score from far away in the 6th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Valter Ekblom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Bocklund having to interfere. After 14 minutes of play, R.S Avanti's Valter Ekblom made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tobias Bocklund was left in no man's land by his defense there! With an all-out effort, Torino's Kjell-Arne Rang threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Henrik Högman, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Kjell-Arne Rang made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Joacim Ståhlman sent off a good shot on target. Joacim Ståhlman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kjell-Arne Rang having to interfere. Kjell-Arne Rang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrik Högman, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Valter Ekblom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Tobias Bocklund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maximilian Kvist kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Magnus Brummer kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jörgen Forsberg during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to R.S Avanti getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Jörgen Forsberg hit a great ball. 40 minutes into the match, Gottfrid Säf sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Kjell-Arne Rang threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Gottfrid Säf this time. After a defensive mix-up in R.S Avanti's zone, Joacim Ståhlman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kjell-Arne Rang came out of the goal and Joacim Ståhlman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Joacim Ståhlman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Manfred Åberg made the kick off in the second half. Henrik Högman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrik Högman in the 55th minute of play forced R.S Avanti's goalkeeper Kjell-Arne Rang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in R.S Avanti's zone, Henrik Högman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kjell-Arne Rang came out of the goal and Henrik Högman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sven-Edvin Tunberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Kjell-Arne Rang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Peder Hjeltman kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. R.S Avanti's Valter Ekblom got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Valter Ekblom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Manfred Åberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in R.S Avanti's zone, Maximilian Kvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kjell-Arne Rang came out of the goal and Maximilian Kvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joacim Ståhlman in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kjell-Arne Rang saved R.S Avanti from getting behind. Viggo Engman's late challenge caught a Torino's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Viggo Engman helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Torino booed when R.S Avanti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viggo Engman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kjell-Arne Rang stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henrik Högman's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Torbjörn Lundkvist hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute, Valter Ekblom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Joacim Ståhlman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Torbjörn Lundkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match.
