After 5 played minutes FC Stolpskott got a freekick which was hit by Gunnar Johnsson. In the 6th minute Henry Elg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredrik Tillman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gunnar Johnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torgny Nordkvist having to interfere. When Österfärnebo's Thor Kjellberg in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Stolpskott's goalie prevented a goal. Fredrik Tillman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thor Kjellberg in the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th match minute, FC Stolpskott was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johan Jönsson to maneuver through the defense. Henry Elg struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Fredrik Tillman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Österfärnebo. When Österfärnebo's Henry Elg in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Stolpskott's goalie prevented a goal. Fredrik Tillman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Elg in the 19th minute of play. If Thor Kjellberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henry Elg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 27 minutes, Helge Lundqvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Stolpskott and the Österfärnebo players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Stolpskott's Johan Jönsson got a free kick in the 29th minute. After 35 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Österfärnebo! In the 36th minute there was a penalty for FC Stolpskott. Bo Överman stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Torgny Nordkvist. 1-0. Börje Stephansson charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Börje Stephansson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC Stolpskott booed when Österfärnebo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Börje Stephansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 40 minutes into the match, FC Stolpskott's Bo Överman broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 43 minutes in the game, Gunnar Johnsson fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Torgny Nordkvist having to interfere. In the 45th minute Henry Elg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredrik Tillman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vilhelm Wik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Torgny Nordkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Henry Elg made a kick off. If Gunnar Johnsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fredrik Tillman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thor Kjellberg went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Fredrik Tillman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Elg, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henry Elg in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fredrik Tillman saved FC Stolpskott from getting behind. Bo Överman's late challenge caught a Österfärnebo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bo Överman helped the player get up and apologised. In the 75th minute of the match Bo Överman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Torgny Nordkvist skillfully saved the ball. After 83 played minutes FC Stolpskott got a freekick which was hit by Johan Jönsson. FC Stolpskott's Fredrik Tillman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save FC Stolpskott from getting a goal against them. In the 86th minute, Gunnar Johnsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Stolpskott fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Torgny Nordkvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vilhelm Wik's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Gunnar Johnsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Stolpskott's supporters rose to their feet, but Gunnar Johnsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Torgny Nordkvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Stolpskott were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Österfärnebo for a fine match.
