Spectators: 6674 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1674, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Karl-Oskar Wickander started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Vidar Sundén hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Oskar Wickander in the 4th minute of play forced Öjebyn's goalkeeper Matthias Tunander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Skottorp booed when Öjebyn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malcolm Gunnarsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Leif Åström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 12 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Öjebyn! Matthias Tunander made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leif Åström in the 18th minute. In the 20th minute, Skottorp's Karl-Oskar Wickander ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Matthias Tunander. Matthias Tunander yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Oskar Wickander in the 25th minute of play forced Öjebyn's goalkeeper Matthias Tunander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Skottorp's Leif Åström got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 38 minutes into the match, Skottorp's goal looked a bit too open when Jens Mellbad came free, but Thor Bäckman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jens Mellbad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Arvid Åberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

After 52 minutes of play, Skottorp's Leif Åström made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matthias Tunander was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arvid Åberg's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Thor Bäckman firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 60th minute of the match, Jens Mellbad tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Thor Bäckman saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 63rd minute, Arvid Åberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jens Mellbad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thor Bäckman having to interfere. After 66 minutes, Anders Söderkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Skottorp and the Öjebyn players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Skottorp getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Anders Söderkvist hit a great ball. Arvid Åberg struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Thor Bäckman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Öjebyn. Arvid Åberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jens Mellbad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arvid Åberg struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Thor Bäckman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Jens Mellbad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thor Bäckman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jens Mellbad's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Karl-Oskar Wickander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Matthias Tunander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th minute Leif Åström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthias Tunander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Öjebyn's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Oskar Wickander came free, but Matthias Tunander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Öjebyn's Matthias Tunander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leif Åström in the 89th minute of play. Matthias Tunander came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Skottorp's Leif Åström. But to his dismay, Leif Åström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Karl-Oskar Wickander succeeded in the game's 95th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 5-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Skottorp had won after a very even match.
