FC Gnaget's Rune Örtendal got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to FC Gnaget getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Rune Örtendal hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rune Örtendal got free with Christer Hedberg in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 21 minutes into the match, Rune Örtendal notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Fagerfjäll's Christer Hedberg. Christer Hedberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ivan Stephansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Christer Hedberg made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Rune Örtendal sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Rune Örtendal took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Christer Hedberg to make any attempt to save it. When Bo-Erik Svensson came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the FC Gnaget fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bo-Erik Svensson couldn't finish the play. FC Gnaget's Rune Örtendal got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Fagerfjäll booed when FC Gnaget was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Allan Isaksson didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Fagerfjäll's Christer Hedberg got control of the ball when Rune Örtendal tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had been going on for 48 minutes, FC Gnaget's Rune Örtendal got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Christer Hedberg. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rune Örtendal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Ivan Stephansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bo-Erik Svensson struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Christer Hedberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Gnaget. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rune Örtendal in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christer Hedberg saved Fagerfjäll from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Ivan Stephansson managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Gnaget's supporters rose to their feet, but Ivan Stephansson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christer Hedberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 67 minutes of play, FC Gnaget's Ivan Stephansson made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christer Hedberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jonny Åkesson scored 4-1 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kenny Månsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Kurt Sjöström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fagerfjäll's supporters rose to their feet, but Kurt Sjöström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kenny Månsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vincent Vester kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Christer Hedberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rune Örtendal, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute.
