Spectators: 7317 (Terracing: 5489, Seating: 1683, VIP seats: 145) Einar Bohlin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Karlholmsbruk's goalkeeper Håkan Telin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 6th minute Stellan Nässén shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Hammarström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ludvika's defense didn't have a chance, in the 9th minute, when Stellan Nässén scored to the left of an out of position Adrian Hammarström, making the score, 1-0. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ludvika's goalkeeper Adrian Hammarström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Manfred Stenman fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ludvika's protests and gave Manfred Stenman a yellow card for diving instead. Manfred Stenman hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute, Stellan Nässén ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adrian Hammarström was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After 26 played minutes, Ludvika's Gilbert Gunnarsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Håkan Telin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ludvika reached it. If Einar Bohlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute Sakarias Asserlind shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Håkan Telin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adrian Hammarström made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Dan Frisck sent off a good shot on target. Dan Frisck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Adrian Hammarström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Karlholmsbruk's goal looked a bit too open when Einar Bohlin came free, but Håkan Telin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stellan Nässén stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 67 minutes into the game, Gilbert Gunnarsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ludvika's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Karlholmsbruk the free kick. Gilbert Gunnarsson kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Dan Frisck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 82nd minute, Håkan Åkerman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Karlholmsbruk's goalkeeper Håkan Telin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Patrik Sundström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karlholmsbruk's supporters rose to their feet, but Patrik Sundström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adrian Hammarström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adrian Hammarström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Frisck in the 87th minute of play. If Dan Frisck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stellan Nässén in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adrian Hammarström saved Ludvika from getting behind.
