When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Sigvard Beckman put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ulf Eckegren. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Jim Uggla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eftra Queerboys's supporters rose to their feet, but Jim Uggla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulf Eckegren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 68th minute, Sigvard Beckman made a precise shot to the right of Ulf Eckegren. Björköby's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. After some careless play in the Björköby defense, Sigvard Beckman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ulf Eckegren. The Björköby fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ulf Eckegren should have stopped the shot. When Axel Engström came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Eftra Queerboys fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Axel Engström couldn't finish the play. After having played for 84 minutes, Sigvard Beckman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sigvard Beckman in the 96th minute of play forced Björköby's goalkeeper Ulf Eckegren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Eftra Queerboys were the better team. Eftra Queerboys's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
