Adam Söderlund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgar Sandberg's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. In the 19th minute of the match, Lukas Stor tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jörgen Broman saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Staffan Bokelund in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adam Söderlund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 22nd match minute, Kyrkhult FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Arenius to maneuver through the defense. Edgar Sandberg took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adam Söderlund. Adam Söderlund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Staffan Bokelund struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Adam Söderlund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malmudden AIK. The audience was convinced that Edgar Sandberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adam Söderlund was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Staffan Bokelund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Söderlund having to interfere. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Kyrkhult FK getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Knut Bure hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lukas Stor stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Joachim Klint was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 57 minutes into the match. 56 minutes into the game, one of Kyrkhult FK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Malmudden AIK a penalty, 60 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Valdemar Mårtensson, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Kyrkhult FK's Adam Söderlund. 0-2. Adam Söderlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Staffan Bokelund, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 69th minute Staffan Bokelund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adam Söderlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
