Glava's Reine Alebeck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johan Brenner in the 8th minute of play. Johan Brenner struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Reine Alebeck didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fårbo IK. Reine Alebeck made an important save on a dangerous shot by John Åberg in the 12th minute. When Jens-Erik Vacker fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fårbo IK's protests and gave Jens-Erik Vacker a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Fårbo IK getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Jens-Erik Vacker hit a great ball. After 17 played minutes, Glava's Bengt-Rune Grubb shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tom Ström came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Glava reached it. August Nordström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Tom Ström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Glava's Lucas Ennegren got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. August Nordström struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Tom Ström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Glava. The crowd rose to their feet as Fårbo IK's Johan Brenner slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Reine Alebeck. That made the score 1-0 after 30 minutes of play. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Glava's goalkeeper Reine Alebeck, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. August Nordström fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 46th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

54 minutes into the match, Glava's Lucas Ennegren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tom Ström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If August Nordström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Glava's August Nordström got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. John Åberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reine Alebeck having to interfere. After having played for 66 minutes, Johan Brenner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fårbo IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Johan Brenner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johan Brenner in the 68th minute of play forced Glava's goalkeeper Reine Alebeck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Fårbo IK booed when Glava was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bo-Erik Björk didn't get a good kick on the ball. John Åberg kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Fårbo IK's Johan Brenner got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 79 minutes into the game, John Åberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fårbo IK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Glava the free kick. The supporters of Glava booed when Fårbo IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. John Åberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Lucas Ennegren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Glava's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucas Ennegren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tom Ström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Glava's August Nordström got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. John Åberg struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Reine Alebeck didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fårbo IK. If John Åberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the game, Johan Brenner cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Reine Alebeck was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee ended the match the Fårbo IK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
