Långbäcken's Joakim Lidström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Långbäcken from getting a goal against them. After 35 minutes, Isak Söderqvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Långbäcken and the Rossoneri players grew even worse after the yellow card. Joakim Lidström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kennet Lind, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Stig Uggla made the kick off in the second half. Isak Söderqvist hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Bertil Söderström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anthon Gernberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 62nd match minute, Långbäcken was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesper Löfkvist to maneuver through the defense. Douglas Rosendal hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. A collision led to Långbäcken getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Kåre Wester hit a great ball. In the 75th minute, Douglas Rosendal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isak Söderqvist succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-2 in the 84th playminute. After having played for 93 minutes, Kennet Lind managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rossoneri's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kennet Lind was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Despite being the better team, Rossoneri failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
