Ingvar Jonasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Åkerström, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 18th minute, Sven Engström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Agne Gulliksson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Åkerström in the 21st minute of play forced Ronaldo Jr Xl's goalkeeper Ingvar Jonasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Johannishus's goal looked a bit too open when Rolf Kalfhage came free, but Agne Gulliksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the game, Klas Josefsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Johannishus's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ronaldo Jr Xl the free kick. A collision led to Johannishus getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Klas Josefsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Sven Engström came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Ronaldo Jr Xl fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sven Engström couldn't finish the play. Agne Gulliksson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sven Engström's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. Åke Magnusson charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Åke Magnusson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.

The wind increased when Rolf Kalfhage made the kick off in the second half. Ingvar Jonasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Åkerström, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 59th minute, Jonatan Åkerström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonatan Åkerström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ingvar Jonasson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play.
