After the first half Klågerup BF were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Matthias Håkansson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Klågerup BF's Åke Ferm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralf Granström in the 73rd minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Emanuel Skräddare was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hasslarp BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Klågerup BF the free kick. The supporters of Klågerup BF booed when Hasslarp BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Skräddare didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ralf Granström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Åke Ferm having to make a save. The Klågerup BF players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
