Olle Kvarnström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leif Kilberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Elliott Bohlin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elliott Bohlin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Allan Björk having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Olle Kvarnström to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Elliott Bohlin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Allan Björk was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 58 minutes into the match, Oxhagen Deluxe's goal looked a bit too open when Olle Kvarnström came free, but Leif Kilberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Elliott Bohlin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Allan Björk. Vemdalen IK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elliott Bohlin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olle Kvarnström in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leif Kilberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Daniel Nordin's late challenge caught a Oxhagen Deluxe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel Nordin helped the player get up and apologised. After 74 played minutes Vemdalen IK got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Nordin. 77 minutes into the game, Jens-Erik Bergendahl was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Oxhagen Deluxe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vemdalen IK the free kick. In the 77th match minute, Oxhagen Deluxe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens-Erik Bergendahl to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Vemdalen IK's Olle Kvarnström slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leif Kilberg. That made the score 2-1 after 80 minutes of play. Jonas Gallberg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Leif Kilberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Jonas Gallberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oxhagen Deluxe's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
