Christoffer Sandell hit a great ball. Rudolf Majman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torsten Lidman in the 13th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Ingmar Kaxe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th minute Karl-Michael Termander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rudolf Majman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the game, Filiph Liljeström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Viksjö FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jik 95 the free kick. In the 18th minute, Filiph Liljeström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Karl-Michael Termander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Ulf Bergström fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jik 95's protests and gave Ulf Bergström a yellow card for diving instead. In the 27th minute, Ulf Bergström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Karl-Michael Termander's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rudolf Majman was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Jan Svanberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Göran Hök having to interfere. Ingmar Kaxe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute, Ingmar Kaxe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ingmar Kaxe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 43 played minutes Viksjö FK got a freekick which was hit by Jan Svanberg. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Karl-Michael Termander managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jik 95's supporters rose to their feet, but Karl-Michael Termander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rudolf Majman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Karl-Michael Termander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rudolf Majman having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulf Bergström in the 48th minute of play forced Viksjö FK's goalkeeper Rudolf Majman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After a defensive mix-up in Viksjö FK's zone, Emanuel Åhlberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rudolf Majman came out of the goal and Emanuel Åhlberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ingmar Kaxe kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Viksjö FK's goalkeeper Rudolf Majman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl-Michael Termander. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Torsten Lidman managed to get in a good position for a shot. After 78 played minutes Viksjö FK got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Ove Arenberg. Torsten Lidman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Filiph Liljeström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rudolf Majman made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Karl-Michael Termander sent off a good shot on target.
