The supporters of Gråbo booed when Bergsjö was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thomas Aspengren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henry Sjöö's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kenneth Nilsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Henry Sjöö sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Gråbo fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when Gråbo's Henry Sjöö looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 19 played minutes Bergsjö got a freekick which was hit by Thomas Aspengren. Fredric Pettersson was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 20th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 21st minute, Thomas Aspengren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gråbo's Kasper Rosin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Gråbo from getting a goal against them. After 26 minutes, Anton Zander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gråbo and the Bergsjö players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 26th match minute, Gråbo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anton Zander to maneuver through the defense. Stefan Hääger, 27 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Bergsjö's Kenneth Nilsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Sjöö in the 37th minute of play. Thomas Aspengren kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Kenneth Nilsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Sjöö, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 46th minute, Simon Bodin made a precise shot to the right of Kenneth Nilsson. Bergsjö's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Henry Sjöö was the one to do the kick off. Kenneth Nilsson made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Simon Bodin sent off a good shot on target. Thomas Aspengren hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. When Thomas Aspengren was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 57 minutes had been played. Henry Sjöö fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenneth Nilsson having to interfere. After 63 minutes, Ian Alberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bergsjö and the Gråbo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kenneth Nilsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henry Sjöö's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Kasper Rosin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stig Lindqvist in the 66th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Agne Nordin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bergsjö's Rutger Bäckman suffered a concussion in the 71st minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Fredric Pettersson's late challenge caught a Bergsjö's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fredric Pettersson helped the player get up and apologised. Fredric Pettersson hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Simon Bodin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kenneth Nilsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Bergsjö's Kenneth Nilsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Sjöö in the 83rd minute of play. Henry Sjöö received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Kenneth Nilsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Henry Sjöö had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Simon Bodin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Kenneth Nilsson made a huge save.
