Spectators: 6677 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1677, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ulf Wallin took the kick off in the first half of the match. Husgöl IF's Brendon Haskell got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 5th minute Aaron Ekström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evert Björk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Husgöl IF getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Sebastian Björklund hit a great ball. Ivan Vallin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Evert Björk made a huge save. Brendon Haskell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sören Arenstedt having to interfere. In the 10th minute Carl Kilstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evert Björk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Husgöl IF's Ulf Wallin, in the 13th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Husgöl IF. Husgöl IF's Brendon Haskell got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 19 minutes into the match, Husgöl IF's Gustav Näver sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sören Arenstedt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 20 minutes, Brendon Haskell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Husgöl IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Brendon Haskell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sören Arenstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brendon Haskell in the 22nd minute of play. When Brendon Haskell came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Husgöl IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brendon Haskell couldn't finish the play. Evert Björk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Vallin in the 28th minute of the match. Evert Björk made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Ivan Vallin sent off a good shot on target. Evert Björk came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Oxie BK's Ivan Vallin. But to his dismay, Ivan Vallin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Evert Björk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aaron Ekström, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brendon Haskell in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sören Arenstedt saved Oxie BK from getting behind. 39 minutes into the match, Husgöl IF's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Ekström came free, but Evert Björk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evert Björk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aaron Ekström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Ekström in the 42nd minute of play forced Husgöl IF's goalkeeper Evert Björk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Brendon Haskell came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Husgöl IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brendon Haskell couldn't finish the play. Brendon Haskell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carl Kilstedt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Oxie BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Ekström to maneuver through the defense. Tord Nordin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A hard shot 55 in the game by Brendon Haskell from a close distance when the talented Sören Arenstedt managed to make a qualified save. Oxie BK's players were relieved. If Sebastian Björklund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Brendon Haskell, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 59 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Sören Arenstedt was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Evert Björk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carl Kilstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Sebastian Björklund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sören Arenstedt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sebastian Björklund went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 69th minute Carl Kilstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evert Björk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evert Björk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Vallin in the 71st minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Ivan Vallin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Evert Björk. Husgöl IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ivan Vallin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Husgöl IF's Evert Björk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Hedström in the 78th minute of play. Evert Björk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Hedström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulf Wallin in the 81st minute of play forced Oxie BK's goalkeeper Sören Arenstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sören Arenstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brendon Haskell in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Brendon Haskell ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sören Arenstedt was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. In the 94th minute of the match, Gustav Näver sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Sören Arenstedt showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. If Sebastian Björklund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
