Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Överhörnäs BK's Bengt-Arne Sundén started the match with a crisp pass. Bengt-Arne Sundén hit a great ball. Joel Rosen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aron Jonsson having to interfere. Andreas Håkansson in the 11thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Börje Hedin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 12 minutes, Jarl Jonsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Båstad IK and the Överhörnäs BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Överhörnäs BK booed when Båstad IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jarl Jonsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bengt-Arne Sundén recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erling Arvidsson was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 21st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Lars Bjursell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bengt-Arne Sundén blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Börje Hedin having to make a save. In the 46th minute, Bengt-Arne Sundén got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lars Bjursell to strike the kick off in the second half. Egon Jonasson kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After 55 minutes of play, Båstad IK's Joel Rosen made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net.
