Abdi Abdi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Edmund Klementsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Jack Täman came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Westra Aros FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jack Täman couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Andreas Andreasson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Westra Aros FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Andreas Andreasson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edmund Klementsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Abdi Abdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abdi Abdi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmund Klementsson having to interfere. When Westra Aros FC's Abdi Abdi in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Manchester City FC's goalie prevented a goal. Folke Fransson might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edmund Klementsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Folke Fransson ran back to his position shaking his head. Jens-Erik Mogren kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Abdi Abdi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abdi Abdi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmund Klementsson having to interfere. Andreas Andreasson took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edmund Klementsson. Edmund Klementsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After having played for 45 minutes, Abdi Abdi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Westra Aros FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abdi Abdi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bo Örtlund was the one to do the kick off. Edmund Klementsson made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Gunnar Lunde sent off a good shot on target. Westra Aros FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gunnar Lunde in the 57th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Manchester City FC's goalie and right to Tom Norberg. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Manchester City FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. A collision led to Manchester City FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Bo Örtlund hit a great ball. 70 minutes into the game, Abdi Abdi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edmund Klementsson. Abdi Abdi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Edmund Klementsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abdi Abdi's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. The Westra Aros FC fans' excitement grew in the 81st match minute when Westra Aros FC's Abdi Abdi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Abdi Abdi came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Westra Aros FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdi Abdi couldn't finish the play. Manchester City FC's Edmund Klementsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdi Abdi in the 92nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdi Abdi in the 95th minute of play forced Manchester City FC's goalkeeper Edmund Klementsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Manchester City FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Westra Aros FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
