The supporters of Diablo el Trello booed when Överum IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nils Österberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Diablo el Trello fans' excitement grew in the 42nd match minute when Diablo el Trello's Ulf Gummeson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Överum IF were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
