Erling Asklöv's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 3rdth minute, Jan-Erik Ekelund skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in Rättelöv Flamingos's zone, Thomas Fredriksson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan-Erik Ekelund came out of the goal and Thomas Fredriksson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 7th minute, Inge Söderqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Fredriksson in the 9th minute of play forced Rättelöv Flamingos's goalkeeper Jan-Erik Ekelund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Torbjörn Wållander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakob Olofsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erling Asklöv in the 15th minute of play forced Rättelöv Flamingos's goalkeeper Jan-Erik Ekelund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erling Asklöv received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Jan-Erik Ekelund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thomas Fredriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Inge Söderqvist scored 1-1 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jan-Erik Ekelund, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpected shot in the 34th minute by Inge Söderqvist got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Thomas Fredriksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Erik Ekelund having to interfere. 41 minutes into the game, Kristian Asklund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rättelöv Flamingos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Krylbo IF the free kick. After a rather tough play, Rättelöv Flamingos's Kristian Asklund got a free kick in the 41st minute. Thomas Fredriksson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Jan-Erik Ekelund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rättelöv Flamingos's Jan-Erik Ekelund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Rättelöv Flamingos from getting a goal against them. Rättelöv Flamingos's Jan-Erik Ekelund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Fredriksson in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Thomas Fredriksson made the kick off in the second half. Rättelöv Flamingos's Kristian Asklund pulled a muscle in his back after 54 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Erling Asklöv hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 58thth minute of the game Erling Asklöv who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rättelöv Flamingos's Jan-Erik Ekelund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Krylbo IF booed when Rättelöv Flamingos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jakob Olofsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Adrian Lundqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 66 minutes into the match, Krylbo IF's Inge Söderqvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jan-Erik Ekelund narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 67 minutes into the match, Rättelöv Flamingos's goal looked a bit too open when Thomas Fredriksson came free, but Jan-Erik Ekelund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan-Erik Ekelund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Fredriksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thomas Fredriksson might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jan-Erik Ekelund. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Thomas Fredriksson ran back to his position shaking his head. If Adrian Lundqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74thth minute of the game Thomas Fredriksson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rättelöv Flamingos's Jan-Erik Ekelund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 76th minute, Rättelöv Flamingos's Tommy Hedlund ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Torbjörn Wållander. Torbjörn Wållander yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. In the 80th minute Adrian Lundqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Erik Ekelund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Inge Söderqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jan-Erik Ekelund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Fredriksson in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute Inge Söderqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Erik Ekelund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan-Erik Ekelund came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Krylbo IF's Thomas Fredriksson. But to his dismay, Thomas Fredriksson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Inge Söderqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Krylbo IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Inge Söderqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan-Erik Ekelund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 93 minutes into the match, Erling Asklöv had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jan-Erik Ekelund. Rättelöv Flamingos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erling Asklöv was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2.
