Spectators: 7326 (Terracing: 5531, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sven Gunnarsson took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a little luck, Konga IF's Jerry Knutsson got control of the ball when Brian Edström tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 4 played minutes Berra BoIS got a freekick which was hit by Brian Edström. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Konga IF's goalkeeper Jerry Knutsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jerry Knutsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Göran Bank in the 15th minute. A collision led to Konga IF getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Gunnar Albohm hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Konga IF's zone, Göran Bank stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jerry Knutsson came out of the goal and Göran Bank tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Olov Friberger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Jerry Knutsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olov Friberger in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jerry Knutsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Olov Friberger to strike the kick off in the second half. After 60 played minutes Konga IF got a freekick which was hit by Arne Ahlroht. Jerry Knutsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Göran Bank in the 63rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Olov Friberger's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jerry Knutsson was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Göran Bank sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jerry Knutsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Olov Friberger went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 79th minute Ingmar Spets shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerry Knutsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sven Gunnarsson's late challenge caught a Berra BoIS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sven Gunnarsson helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Konga IF getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Sven Gunnarsson hit a great ball. The supporters of Berra BoIS booed when Konga IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Gunnarsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Göran Bank struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Jerry Knutsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Berra BoIS. In the 84th match minute, Konga IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven Gunnarsson to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute, Olov Friberger ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jerry Knutsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Jerry Knutsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olov Friberger in the 91st minute of the match. When Göran Bank came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Berra BoIS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Göran Bank couldn't finish the play. Jerry Knutsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingmar Spets in the 95th minute of the match. Jerry Knutsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olov Friberger in the 98th minute of play. There was no doubt that Berra BoIS were the better team. Berra BoIS's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
