Konga IF's Jerry Knutsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roy Lindberg in the 29th minute of play. Jerry Knutsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roy Lindberg in the 30th minute of the match. After 33 played minutes Konga IF got a freekick which was hit by Arne Ahlroht. In the 34th minute of the match Isac Söderberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jerry Knutsson skillfully saved the ball. 40 minutes into the game, Sven Gunnarsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Rudolf Haraldsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gunnar Albohm came free in the 46th minute and tried to tip the ball over Rudolf Haraldsson, but to the joy of Hedared's supporters the ball went over. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven Gunnarsson in the 48th minute of play forced Hedared's goalkeeper Rudolf Haraldsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Sven Gunnarsson made the kick off in the second half. If Simon Axelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. Konga IF's Gunnar Albohm got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 70th minute, Gunnar Albohm left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Konga IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Gunnar Albohm fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 76th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. After having played for 77 minutes, Sven Gunnarsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Konga IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sven Gunnarsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gunnar Albohm struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Rudolf Haraldsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Konga IF.
