Aaron Björk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emanuel Offendahl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Nyvång's goalkeeper Emanuel Offendahl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Hedvall. Nyvång's Nils Vallengren got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Nils Vallengren put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Kent Svartengren. Kent Svartengren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils Vallengren, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After having played for 44 minutes, Tor Pihlwall managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nyvång's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tor Pihlwall was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nils Vallengren was the one to do the kick off. Kent Svartengren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nils Vallengren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Kent Svartengren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kim Sander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Risögrund BF's Kent Svartengren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nils Vallengren in the 95th minute of play. When the match was over Nyvång could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Risögrund BF throughout the match.
