The referee showed Harald Kinnman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Harald Kinnman kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. If Bengt-Rune Öberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Kolbäck IF's zone, Jimmie Wallengren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dennis Blom came out of the goal and Jimmie Wallengren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mats Bålström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennis Blom having to interfere. Bengt-Rune Öberg took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dennis Blom. Dennis Blom dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jimmie Wallengren in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dennis Blom prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 17 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Zurikat Heel Kickers! If Jimmie Wallengren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dennis Blom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimmie Wallengren in the 26th minute of play. When Bengt-Rune Öberg came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Zurikat Heel Kickers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bengt-Rune Öberg couldn't finish the play. Bengt-Rune Öberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennis Blom having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Torgny Eriksson made a kick off. A collision led to Zurikat Heel Kickers getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Henrik Boström hit a great ball. 64 minutes into the match, Kolbäck IF's goal looked a bit too open when Mats Bålström came free, but Dennis Blom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zurikat Heel Kickers's Bengt-Rune Öberg got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Kolbäck IF's Torgny Eriksson got a free kick in the 74th minute. 80 minutes into the game, Zurikat Heel Kickers's Bengt-Rune Öberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dennis Blom made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Bengt-Rune Öberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 83rdth minute, Dennis Blom skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 86th match minute, Zurikat Heel Kickers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henrik Boström to maneuver through the defense. Dennis Blom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mats Bålström in the 89th minute of play. If Bengt-Rune Öberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mats Bålström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
