Harry Kihlman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dennis Blom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harry Kihlman in the 16th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Cirkus Showbiz's Josef Sundling dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Josef Sundling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Josef Sundling might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dennis Blom. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Josef Sundling ran back to his position shaking his head. 32 minutes into the match, Kolbäck IF's Torgny Eriksson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jens-Ola Bållström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 33 minutes into the game, Per-Oskar Säfström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cirkus Showbiz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kolbäck IF the free kick. A collision led to Cirkus Showbiz getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Per-Oskar Säfström hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Josef Sundling could shoot a difficult shot in the 36th minute, which Dennis Blom however easily saved by the left post. Josef Sundling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Dennis Blom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christoffer Mellin hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Josef Sundling got free with Dennis Blom in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Harry Kihlman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nicklas Drewitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Jens-Ola Bållström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Nicklas Drewitz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kolbäck IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The supporters of Cirkus Showbiz booed when Kolbäck IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Björn Sjöberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jens-Ola Bållström stood somewhat misplaced when Nicklas Drewitz came free in front of goal and shot 1-2 to the left of him in the 64 minute. Nicklas Drewitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 71 minutes into the match, Cirkus Showbiz's Harry Kihlman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dennis Blom narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sven Qvalfeldt's late challenge caught a Kolbäck IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sven Qvalfeldt helped the player get up and apologised. After 87 played minutes Cirkus Showbiz got a freekick which was hit by Sven Qvalfeldt. After a defensive mix-up in Kolbäck IF's zone, Josef Sundling stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dennis Blom came out of the goal and Josef Sundling tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 94th match minute, Kolbäck IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Sandström to maneuver through the defense. Cirkus Showbiz's Josef Sundling managed to work through Kolbäck IF's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Josef Sundling dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. The Cirkus Showbiz supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Kolbäck IF's performance. The match ended with a win for Kolbäck IF.
