In the 4th minute, Einar Alkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Håkan Ugla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Olof Örnberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Roy Björkkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Klövedal's supporters rose to their feet, but Roy Björkkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfred Landin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonathan Eriksson's late challenge caught a Klövedal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonathan Eriksson helped the player get up and apologised. Hjalmar Sjöman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfred Landin having to interfere. After 22 minutes, Hjalmar Sjöman made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Lukas FC's Alfred Landin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Klövedal's Håkan Ugla got control of the ball when Jonathan Eriksson tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jan-Olof Örnberg to make the kick off. Lukas FC's Alfred Landin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hjalmar Sjöman in the 64th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Lukas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hjalmar Sjöman came free, but Alfred Landin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan-Olof Örnberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hjalmar Sjöman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Alfred Landin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Hjalmar Sjöman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 75th minute, Klövedal's Hjalmar Sjöman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Klövedal played a much better game than Lukas FC and deserved their victory. The Lukas FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
