Roland Alfors received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Vilhelm Alrot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Verner Lindmark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Levander in the 11th minute of play. With a little luck, Vallsta's Vilhelm Alrot got control of the ball when Roland Alfors tried to sneak it across the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Old Fat Bastards's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Gabrielsson came free, but Verner Lindmark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Gabrielsson struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Verner Lindmark didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vallsta. Old Fat Bastards's Verner Lindmark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Gabrielsson in the 30th minute of play. If Roland Alfors had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonas Gabrielsson in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Verner Lindmark prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Elliot Sundström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mårten Strömberg hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonas Gabrielsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Vilhelm Alrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Örjan Tillman, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, John Levander managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vallsta's supporters rose to their feet, but John Levander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Verner Lindmark breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If John Levander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Verner Lindmark made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when John Levander sent off a good shot on target. The referee gave Old Fat Bastards a penalty, 87 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Sven-Edvin Sjöström, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Vallsta's Vilhelm Alrot. 1-0. Jonas Gabrielsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Verner Lindmark having to interfere.
