In the 29thth minute of the game Jörgen Dahlkvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Old Fat Bastards's Verner Lindmark was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Jörgen Dahlkvist sped through Old Fat Bastards's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Verner Lindmark. Faustino Medina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roland Alfors in the 35th minute of the match. Jörgen Dahlkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Verner Lindmark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Verner Lindmark was out of position in the 39 minute of play, and Joseph Nyberg capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Joseph Nyberg really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. If Robert Dalberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

In the 75th minute, Roland Alfors got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 76 minutes, Rickard Ekman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Old Fat Bastards and the Röda Djävlar players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 76th minute, Rickard Ekman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Verner Lindmark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jörgen Dahlkvist in the 79th minute of play. 80 minutes into the game, Joseph Nyberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Verner Lindmark was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jörgen Dahlkvist got in the 84th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Verner Lindmark handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Jörgen Dahlkvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Verner Lindmark was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. 87 minutes into the match, Old Fat Bastards's goal looked a bit too open when Joseph Nyberg came free, but Verner Lindmark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Verner Lindmark came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Röda Djävlar's Jörgen Dahlkvist. But to his dismay, Jörgen Dahlkvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Röda Djävlar walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
