The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mikael Samuelsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Uno Rosin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 4 played minutes FC Stretch got a freekick which was hit by Jonny Hermansson. In the 7th minute, Hällevadsholm's Mikael Samuelsson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The audience was convinced that Mikael Samuelsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Uno Rosin was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Uno Rosin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jerry Lindberg in the 13th minute. If Nicklas Back had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Jerry Lindberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hällevadsholm's supporters rose to their feet, but Jerry Lindberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Uno Rosin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 19th minute, Mikael Samuelsson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Uno Rosin. The goal made the score 2-0. Jerry Lindberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 27 minutes into the match, FC Stretch's goal looked a bit too open when Mikael Samuelsson came free, but Uno Rosin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Hällevadsholm booed when FC Stretch was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bo-Erik Holm didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Mikael Samuelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Stretch's Uno Rosin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save FC Stretch from getting a goal against them. Jerry Lindberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Uno Rosin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jerry Lindberg ran back to his position shaking his head. After 41 played minutes FC Stretch got a freekick which was hit by Ludvig Gustafsson. After 44 minutes FC Stretch's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sten Målare who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Sten Målare got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Uno Rosin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valter Grönberg made a kick off. The supporters of FC Stretch booed when Hällevadsholm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerry Lindberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Stretch's Valter Grönberg got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 55 minutes into the game, Mikael Samuelsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Uno Rosin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Uno Rosin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerry Lindberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Uno Rosin came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Hällevadsholm's Mikael Samuelsson. But to his dismay, Mikael Samuelsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Mikael Samuelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Mikael Samuelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Uno Rosin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mikael Samuelsson's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute Jerry Lindberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uno Rosin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hällevadsholm's Mikael Samuelsson got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ludvig Gustafsson kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the game, Hällevadsholm's Mikael Samuelsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Uno Rosin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ludvig Gustafsson during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to FC Stretch getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Ludvig Gustafsson hit a great ball. Sten Målare was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 91st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Stretch fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 93rd minute. Penalty!
