When Nicklas Back came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the FC Stretch fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicklas Back couldn't finish the play. Nicklas Back's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zebastian Bennet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Valter Grönberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zebastian Bennet came out and tried to block the shot, but Valter Grönberg slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 18th minute. If Claes Rudqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 26 minutes into the match, Real Madrid's goalkeeper Zebastian Bennet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicklas Back. In the 30th match minute, FC Stretch was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludvig Gustafsson to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute, Marcus Berglund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Real Madrid fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Claes Rudqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Madrid's supporters rose to their feet, but Claes Rudqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Uno Rosin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Real Madrid's Zebastian Bennet got control of the ball when Nicklas Back tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 40 played minutes Valter Grönberg rounded Real Madrid's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-1. After 45 played minutes, FC Stretch's Magnus Lindblom shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zebastian Bennet came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Stretch reached it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicklas Back got free with Zebastian Bennet in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The supporters of FC Stretch booed when Real Madrid was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henning Andberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valter Grönberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcus Berglund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Uno Rosin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bo Hultstrand hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. A collision led to FC Stretch getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Ludvig Gustafsson hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the match, FC Stretch's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Berglund came free, but Uno Rosin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Real Madrid's Zebastian Bennet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicklas Back in the 76th minute of play. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by Real Madrid's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Magnus Lindblom was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Stretch's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to FC Stretch's Jonny Hermansson getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Real Madrid's Claes Rudqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zebastian Bennet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valter Grönberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC Stretch fans cheered their team off the field, for while Real Madrid had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
