Backarååå's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sven Bergren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Backarååå's Max Browald played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niklas Hagström in the 13th minute of play. Ragnar Kilberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Håkan Göransson went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 19th minute, Sven Bergren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Håkan Göransson hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Ingvar Ek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Max Browald made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Håkan Göransson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Backarååå's supporters rose to their feet, but Håkan Göransson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ragnar Kilberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 30 minutes of play, Backarååå's Sven Bergren made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ragnar Kilberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Max Browald took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niklas Hagström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Niklas Hagström to make the kick off. Max Browald was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Backarååå players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
