Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Leo Asklund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 7 minutes into the match, Leo Asklund dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Karl-Åke Hökqvist, 1-0. Järna's Robert Nordström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobias Melander in the 11th minute of play. After some careless play in the Holm RK defense, Jonathan Bohlin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karl-Åke Hökqvist. The Holm RK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karl-Åke Hökqvist should have stopped the shot. When Lennart Thedin came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Holm RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lennart Thedin couldn't finish the play. After having played for 18 minutes, Tobias Melander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Holm RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tobias Melander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lennart Thedin in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robert Nordström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 20th minute, Alfons Bokelund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 27 played minutes Holm RK got a freekick which was hit by Douglas Forsberg. In the 28th minute, Leo Asklund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A hard shot 30 in the game by Jonathan Bohlin from a close distance when the talented Karl-Åke Hökqvist managed to make a qualified save. Holm RK's players were relieved. Bror Aspengren's late challenge caught a Järna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bror Aspengren helped the player get up and apologised. In the 32nd minute, Bror Aspengren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Leo Asklund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leo Asklund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Leo Asklund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Åke Hökqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrik Stephansson in the 56th minute of play forced Holm RK's goalkeeper Karl-Åke Hökqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leo Asklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Åke Hökqvist having to interfere. After having played for 68 minutes, Tobias Melander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Holm RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tobias Melander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Karl-Åke Hökqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Asklund in the 73rd minute of the match. Jonathan Bohlin struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Karl-Åke Hökqvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Järna. Leo Asklund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Karl-Åke Hökqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leo Asklund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Järna's Jonathan Bohlin in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Holm RK's goalie prevented a goal. In the 88th minute Jonathan Bohlin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Åke Hökqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
