In the 12th minute Birger Malmström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roy Jakobsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabian Rudkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Ekrot, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Fabian Rudkvist didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 42nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. 48 minutes into the match, FlamerzZ's goal looked a bit too open when Birger Malmström came free, but Roy Jakobsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lars Ekrot stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee felt a red card was in order, 54 minutes into the game, when Rutger Låsberg put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Åmotsbruk fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 53rd minute. Penalty! William Falck placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Fabian Rudkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Ekrot in the 59th minute of play. When Per-Oskar Fredriksson came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the FlamerzZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Per-Oskar Fredriksson couldn't finish the play. Fabian Rudkvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lars Ekrot went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Åmotsbruk's goalkeeper Fabian Rudkvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 67 minutes, Jerry Olofsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Åmotsbruk and the FlamerzZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jerry Olofsson hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. If Lars Ekrot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lars Ekrot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute, Jerry Olofsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lars Ekrot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Rudkvist having to interfere. Claes Felin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Rudkvist having to interfere. Jens Hellsing was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 88th minute. Åmotsbruk's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Fabian Rudkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Ekrot in the 91st minute of play. Lars Ekrot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Fabian Rudkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the FlamerzZ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
