In the 17thth minute of the game Viggo Hamberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sidensjö's Aron Asplund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Harry Westerstrand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Malte Bjursell having to interfere. Börje Söderström charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Börje Söderström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Viggo Hamberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Viggo Hamberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Aron Asplund made a huge save. Aron Asplund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robert Hedlund in the 55th minute. Sidensjö's Aron Asplund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Sidensjö from getting a goal against them. Ignotus Utd's Malte Bjursell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harry Westerstrand in the 63rd minute of play. Robert Hedlund struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Aron Asplund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ignotus Utd. After 72 minutes of play, Ignotus Utd's Jonas Pilberg made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aron Asplund was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 85th minute Harry Westerstrand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Malte Bjursell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Malte Bjursell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harry Westerstrand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Sidensjö fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ignotus Utd were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
