In the 20thth minute of the game Zebastian Ekeroth who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dals Rostock's Dennis Karlsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Egil Holmgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Philip Bergstedt in the 21st minute of the match. Evert Kjellqvist struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Dennis Karlsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Minkslakters Fc. Mårten Hellsing recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Evert Kjellqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennis Karlsson having to interfere. Mårten Hellsing received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dennis Karlsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Mårten Hellsing slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.
