Gösta Bergsten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Greger Westerstrand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kjell-Arne Myhr breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bengt-Arne Nilsson in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kjell-Arne Myhr saved Väse BK from getting behind.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gösta Bergsten to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Väse BK's goal looked a bit too open when Malcolm Eliasson came free, but Kjell-Arne Myhr reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th minute, Jimmy Holmgren made a precise shot to the right of Kjell-Arne Myhr. Väse BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Kjell-Arne Myhr was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Malcolm Eliasson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 97 minute of play. The Väse BK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Tollereds BK's performance. The match ended with a win for Tollereds BK.
