Spectators: 7300 (Terracing: 5477, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Markus Zachrisson started the match with the kick off. Paul Larsfelt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Nordlander, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. After 11 minutes Viskafors's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Christian Hurtig who took care of the corner kick. Nyhammar IF's Christian Hurtig was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bo Blanck in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Markus Zachrisson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Filip Nordlander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Filip Nordlander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paul Larsfelt having to interfere. The supporters of Nyhammar IF booed when Viskafors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per Kalfhage didn't get a good kick on the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Viskafors's goal looked a bit too open when Markus Zachrisson came free, but Bo Blanck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Nyhammar IF's Markus Zachrisson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bo Blanck. That made the score 1-0 after 31 minutes of play. After 37 minutes, Christer Nordal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nyhammar IF and the Viskafors players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 38th match minute, Nyhammar IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christer Nordal to maneuver through the defense. 40 minutes into the match, Viskafors's Per Kalfhage sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paul Larsfelt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Viskafors's Bo Blanck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Östen Bergman in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Nyhammar IF's Christer Nordal got his second yellow card of the match in the 52nd minute. The referee ordered Christer Nordal off the ground. Christer Nordal hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Viskafors were awarded a corner in the 56th minute after Nyhammar IF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rolf Åman took the corner. In the 57th minute, Peter Alberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bo Blanck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrik Wenerdahl in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Henrik Wenerdahl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Brian Bergman struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Paul Larsfelt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Viskafors. Nyhammar IF's Paul Larsfelt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Nyhammar IF from getting a goal against them. Paul Larsfelt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filip Nordlander in the 75th minute of play. Henrik Wenerdahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th minute, Brian Bergman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bo Blanck stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henrik Wenerdahl's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filip Nordlander in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paul Larsfelt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Paul Larsfelt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Nordlander in the 92nd minute of the match. After 93 minutes of play, Viskafors's Peter Alberg made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paul Larsfelt was left in no man's land by his defense there!
