Sparreholm's Marcus Harman got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. David Igelström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Pär Fernkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 15 minutes into the game, William Back was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kvibille BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sparreholm the free kick. After 15 played minutes Kvibille BK got a freekick which was hit by William Back. David Igelström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edmund Kleen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivar Jansson in the 31st minute of the match. Edmund Kleen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ivar Jansson went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Ivar Jansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 38 played minutes, Kvibille BK's Wilhelm Brenner shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edmund Kleen came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kvibille BK reached it. After a defensive mix-up in Sparreholm's zone, Ivar Jansson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edmund Kleen came out of the goal and Ivar Jansson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 45th minute, Niklas Hamnberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. David Igelström's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 46thth minute, Pär Fernkvist skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcus Harman made a kick off. 55 minutes into the game, one of Kvibille BK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 61stth minute of the game Marcus Harman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kvibille BK's Pär Fernkvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Kvibille BK booed when Sparreholm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dick Svanér didn't get a good kick on the ball. William Back could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Edmund Kleen made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcus Harman in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pär Fernkvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, David Igelström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sparreholm's supporters rose to their feet, but David Igelström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pär Fernkvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. David Igelström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 92 minutes into the match, Sparreholm's goalkeeper Edmund Kleen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ivar Jansson. After a rather tough play, Sparreholm's Jimmy Stenquist got a free kick in the 93rd minute. If Birger Bäcklin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 98 minutes, Ivar Jansson put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Edmund Kleen. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Kvibille BK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
