Spectators: 7288 (Terracing: 5468, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 144) Sivert Lundberg started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some careless play in the Jämshög defense, Sivert Lundberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patrik Vacker. The Jämshög fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patrik Vacker should have stopped the shot. Sivert Lundberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Patrik Vacker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Furusund IK booed when Jämshög was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wictor Forssell didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Jämshög's Jonas Kämpe got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 23rd minute, Joar Johnsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sivert Lundberg took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Patrik Vacker. Patrik Vacker dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Patrik Vacker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joakim Hermansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roger Drake charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roger Drake the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 29th match minute, Jämshög was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roger Drake to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Martin Beckström during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Jämshög booed when Furusund IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Beckström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patrik Vacker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sivert Lundberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Patrik Vacker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sivert Lundberg in the 41st minute of the match. Patrik Vacker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sivert Lundberg in the 43rd minute of play. After the first half Furusund IK were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Torbjörn Classon to make the kick off. Patrik Vacker made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Joakim Hermansson sent off a good shot on target. Roger Drake fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Svante Forssberg having to interfere. Sivert Lundberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Patrik Vacker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sivert Lundberg in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patrik Vacker saved Jämshög from getting behind. When Sivert Lundberg came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Furusund IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sivert Lundberg couldn't finish the play. Furusund IK's Sören Hamnberg got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sivert Lundberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Furusund IK's Svante Forssberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torbjörn Classon in the 81st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Furusund IK's Sören Hamnberg got a free kick in the 82nd minute. When Joakim Hermansson came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Furusund IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joakim Hermansson couldn't finish the play. The Furusund IK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
