BR Saints's Conny Giliusson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gert Offendahl in the 9th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sten Holmgren got free with Karl Ekelund in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bengt Lundström kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Simon Wahlström sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and J BK's Karl Ekelund didn't even have to move. Bernt Stigsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sten Holmgren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl Ekelund read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. With a little luck, J BK's Karl Ekelund got control of the ball when Sten Holmgren tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to J BK getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Klas Lindsten hit a great ball. In the 31st minute Bernt Stigsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Ekelund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Sten Holmgren came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the BR Saints fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sten Holmgren couldn't finish the play. Mats Bengtsson hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in BR Saints's zone, Gustav Söderström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Conny Giliusson came out of the goal and Gustav Söderström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sten Holmgren in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Karl Ekelund, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Sten Holmgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bernt Stigsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Karl Ekelund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sten Holmgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Sten Holmgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Ekelund having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Sten Holmgren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Karl Ekelund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernt Stigsson in the 62nd minute of the match. BR Saints's Vilhelm Hegg suffered a sore knee after 62 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Filip Lenberg fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored J BK's protests and gave Filip Lenberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 63rd minute, Filip Lenberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sten Holmgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Ekelund having to interfere. Gert Offendahl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conny Giliusson having to interfere. If Sten Holmgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Gustav Söderström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, one of J BK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for J BK. Simon Wahlström shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After having played for 91 minutes, Sten Holmgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BR Saints's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sten Holmgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Conny Giliusson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gert Offendahl in the 93rd minute of the match. When Sten Holmgren came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the BR Saints fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sten Holmgren couldn't finish the play. The J BK players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented BR Saints from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
