Jens-Ove Wennerström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Thomas Mårtensson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jens-Ove Wennerström scored 1-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thomas Mårtensson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Moskwa FC's Thomas Mårtensson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Ove Wennerström in the 26th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Åke Axelsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jens-Ove Wennerström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Karl-Magnus Högman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Sverker Rolfsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils-Erik Hellsing having to interfere. The supporters of Glanshammar IF booed when Moskwa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sverker Rolfsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thomas Mårtensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joakim Adelsköld in the 73rd minute of the match. Nils-Erik Hellsing came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Moskwa FC's Sven-Arne Åström. But to his dismay, Sven-Arne Åström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. When Frans Alén fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Moskwa FC's protests and gave Frans Alén a yellow card for diving instead. Frans Alén hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Marcus Glanselius from long distance, 83 minutes into the match, got Thomas Mårtensson's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 85 minutes into the match, Moskwa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Magnus Högman came free, but Thomas Mårtensson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute, Johannes Bennet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Åke Axelsson's late challenge caught a Glanshammar IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Åke Axelsson helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Moskwa FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Åke Axelsson hit a great ball.
