Knivsta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leif Henriksson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When Björn Hellqvist fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Knivsta's protests and gave Björn Hellqvist a yellow card for diving instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gilbert Åkesson in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Calle Wållander prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Alf Lundström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. Alf Lundström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Calle Wållander read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Charlottes Änglar's Ronny Söderberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Charlottes Änglar from getting a goal against them. Gilbert Åkesson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Albert Unesson made the kick off in the second half. Ronny Söderberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Unesson in the 51st minute of the match. Albert Unesson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Charlottes Änglar's Gilbert Åkesson got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Charlottes Änglar's Ronny Söderberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filiph Ennegren in the 61st minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Charlottes Änglar's goal looked a bit too open when Filiph Ennegren came free, but Ronny Söderberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Knivsta getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Filiph Ennegren hit a great ball. After 71 played minutes Charlottes Änglar got a freekick which was hit by Robert Åkesson. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filiph Ennegren in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ronny Söderberg saved Charlottes Änglar from getting behind. Gilbert Åkesson succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 74th playminute. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Alf Lundström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Charlottes Änglar's supporters rose to their feet, but Alf Lundström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Calle Wållander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 89 minutes into the match, Charlottes Änglar's goal looked a bit too open when Filiph Ennegren came free, but Ronny Söderberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronny Söderberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Unesson in the 90th minute of the match. Robert Åkesson kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The Knivsta supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Charlottes Änglar's performance. The match ended with a win for Charlottes Änglar.
