Spectators: 7213 (Terracing: 5444, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alf Lundström kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Kim Frisck managed to get in a good position for a shot. Balja BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Kim Frisck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ronny Söderberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 13 minutes into the game, Charlottes Änglar's Gilbert Åkesson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ingmar Stålberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 23rd minute, Fred Askstedt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Balja BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. If Fred Askstedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fred Askstedt got free with Ronny Söderberg in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ronny Söderberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fred Askstedt in the 29th minute of the match. Charlottes Änglar's Ronny Söderberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fred Askstedt in the 33rd minute of play. Ronny Söderberg was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Torgny Lingren capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Torgny Lingren really showed his touch with that goal: 4-1. After having played for 37 minutes, Nils Andersson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Balja BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nils Andersson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ronny Söderberg made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Fred Askstedt sent off a good shot on target. Balja BK's Fred Askstedt got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fred Askstedt in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ronny Söderberg saved Charlottes Änglar from getting behind. In the 53rdth minute of the game Fred Askstedt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Charlottes Änglar's Ronny Söderberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Charlottes Änglar's Ronny Söderberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fred Askstedt in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fred Askstedt in the 59th minute of play forced Charlottes Änglar's goalkeeper Ronny Söderberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 62 minutes, Fred Askstedt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Balja BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fred Askstedt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Torgny Lingren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronny Söderberg having to interfere. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Charlottes Änglar's goalkeeper Ronny Söderberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 68 minutes into the game, Charlottes Änglar's Gilbert Åkesson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ingmar Stålberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. 72 minutes into the game, Gilbert Åkesson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ingmar Stålberg. Gilbert Åkesson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-3. With a little luck, Balja BK's Ingmar Stålberg got control of the ball when Gilbert Åkesson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fred Askstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Ronny Söderberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 79 minutes, Nils Andersson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Balja BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nils Andersson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Fred Askstedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute, Torgny Lingren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Charlottes Änglar's Gilbert Åkesson got a free kick in the 87th minute. After 88th play minutes Fred Askstedt shot 5-3, a short shot which went by Ronny Söderberg and just under the crossbar into goal. 95 minutes into the game, Balja BK's Fred Askstedt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ronny Söderberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-3. Balja BK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
