George Offendahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kent Norberg in the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bo Wallander in the 23rd minute of play forced Topptrim's goalkeeper George Offendahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bo Wallander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 35 minutes, Bertil Örtendahl mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Topptrim and the Vagnhärad IFK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Vagnhärad IFK booed when Topptrim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bertil Örtendahl didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bo Wallander scored 1-2 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of George Offendahl, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bo Wallander stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Topptrim's Rickard Engström got a free kick in the 58th minute. Bo Wallander was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 61st minute. Vagnhärad IFK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a defensive mix-up in Topptrim's zone, Bo Wallander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. George Offendahl came out of the goal and Bo Wallander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Bo Wallander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 72 minutes of play, Topptrim's Börje Kinell made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Hammarberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Bo Wallander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute of the match, Bo Wallander tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but George Offendahl saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 80 played minutes Topptrim got a freekick which was hit by Bertil Örtendahl. 83 minutes had been played when some careless play by Topptrim's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Olof Berglund was slow to take the kick. During this time Vagnhärad IFK's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Vagnhärad IFK's corner Olof Berglund fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and George Offendahl quite easily take care of the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Kent Norberg notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Topptrim's George Offendahl. George Offendahl was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. David Hammarberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Börje Kinell in the 98th minute of play.
