After a defensive mix-up in Borås GIF's zone, Karl-Åke Petersson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jerry Drake came out of the goal and Karl-Åke Petersson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Freddie Lindholm fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 88th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. If Karl-Åke Petersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Emanuel Vibjörnsson hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Karl-Åke Petersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Jerry Drake tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
